    [The] Philosophy of Law I (20308). 3 units. This course will examine a variety of historically influential responses to basic questions concerning the nature and legitimacy of law and the difference (if any) between law and morality. Readings will include works by legal positivists, natural lawyers, legal realists, and critical legal scholars.
