Topics in Law and Psychology (20339). 2 units. The goal of this seminar is to strengthen the collaborative bridge between law and psychology by focusing on the work of faculty in both departments who do research connecting psychological knowledge to legal questions. Students will write a paper on an aspect of these interdisciplinary fields that interests them. The class will be built around reading material from faculty and when possible bringing them into the class to talk about their work and answer questions about their views on the field. We will also bring in researchers from other universities who are doing relevant research. Paper required. Enrollment limited. Permission of the instructors required. Also PSYC 626a. M.
