    [The] Law of the Sea (21651). 2 units. This seminar will examine a variety of contemporary issues concerning the law of the sea, such as immigration, piracy, environmental protection, fisheries, maritime security, maritime delimitation, the exclusive economic zone, the deep seabed, and the South China Sea. In doing so, the seminar will also cover the most recent international legal disputes concerning the law of the sea, such as Philippines v. China, Mauritius v. United Kingdom, Australia v.
