    †Advanced Legal Writing (21343). 3 units. This course will provide practice in drafting legal memoranda and briefs. Students will have the opportunity to refine their analytical and legal research skills, as well as their writing skills. Students' written work will be reviewed and critiqued primarily by teaching assistants, who will be supervised by the instructors. The instructors will retain sole responsibility for determining each student's grade. The goal of the course will be to take students beyond basic competence to excellence in legal writing.
