    Antitrust and Regulation Research Seminar (20007). 3 or 4 units. Research and writing on current problems in antitrust and regulation. Topics to be arranged with the instructor. Prerequisite: the basic Antitrust course or its equivalent. Note: Students interested in enrolling in this course should submit topic statements to the professor. Paper required.
